How Often Should You Train?

🔹 Beginners: 2-3 days/week (full-body workouts)

🔹 Intermediate/Advanced: 4-5 days/week (split training)

🔹 Key Rule: Always allow muscles 48 hours to recover before training the same muscle group again.
